Surplus items are guaranteed to be in working condition and are warranted for 1 full years. If the unit is found to be defective within 1 years of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair.

The original packaging for 'Surplus Original Packaging'  may be an older series, style, weathered, or discolored. We do not accept returns of discounted surplus based on the date manufactured, or the cosmetic condition of product or packaging.

All 'Surplus Alternate Packaging' (SAP) and 'Used, Repaired & Tested' (REM) items are repackaged in Surplus Original Packaging custom shipping containers. Surplus may not come with manual(s), or any accessories normally supplied when buying factory new.

No non-warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. 
A 25% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns returned within 30 days of invoice date. 
Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a AjmanFET return authorization number.
